Introduction

"The only people who can change the Mr. Oberois are their wives-the Mrs. Oberois."

The Oberois are rich, powerful, and famous. Their business empire is admired across the world. To society, the Oberoi family appears dignified, cultured, and deeply respectable. But behind closed doors, reality is far different.

The men of the Oberoi family are ruled by ego and arrogance. Power matters more than people, and emotions are seen as weakness. They don't believe in changing themselves-and this mindset is passed down to their sons. Since the women of the household never challenge this behavior, it becomes tradition rather than a flaw.

The new heirs of the Oberoi legacy are no different. There are four heirs-each with a distinct personality-but one trait binds them together: ruthlessness. Image and business come first, just like their fathers. They care little about emotions, consequences, or the hearts they trample on their way to success.

But everything begins to change when four new girls enter the Oberoi mansion. These women are nothing like the previous Mrs. Oberois.

The four wives are different in nature, strength, and perspective-but they share one powerful quality: a soft heart with unbreakable courage. They feel deeply, love fiercely, and refuse to stay silent. Where others accepted cruelty, they question it. Where others endured, they stand their ground.

Everyone carries their own scars, secrets, and stories. And when these four women step into the lives of the four ruthless heirs, destiny takes an unexpected turn.

About the Oberois Family:

Nandani Oberoi, wife of Tejas Oberoi, is the undisputed head of the Oberoi family. Any decision or order given by Nandani is final and must be followed without question. No one in the family dares—or dares to try—to go against her authority.

Tejas Oberoi is a simple, grounded man who loves his wife deeply. Together, Tejas and Nandani endured countless struggles to build what is now known as the Oberois Enterprise. Tejas began as a small businessman who started a modest sweets brand. By sheer hard work and a bit of luck, the brand gained popularity and rose to great heights. With time, the Oberois expanded into restaurants, wealth followed, and the business was eventually passed down through generations.

Because Tejas and Nandani built everything from nothing, they remain humble and grounded. However, most of the newer-generation Oberois grew up surrounded by wealth, power, and privilege—resulting in strong egos and towering attitudes.

Viraj Oberoi’s Family

Viraj Oberoi, the eldest son of Tejas and Nandani, was the former boss of the Oberois Enterprise. His wife, Saumya Oberoi, manages the Oberoi Mansion and oversees all household affairs. Saumya is a highly careful, controlled, and observant woman who ensures discipline within the household.

Viraj and Saumya have two sons:

  1. Suraj Oberoi – the elder son and current boss of the Oberois Enterprise

  2. Vivan Oberoi – the younger son

Jairaj Oberoi’s Family

Jairaj Oberoi, the younger son of Tejas and Nandani, is married to Meegha Oberoi. Meegha is a self-centered woman, constantly comparing her life, status, and possessions with others. Her dissatisfaction often fuels silent competition within the family.

Jairaj and Meegha also have two sons:

  1. Daksh Oberoi – the elder son

  2. Aditya Oberoi – the younger son

Family Dynamics

Both Viraj and Jairaj generally do not interfere in household matters. Their marriages were arranged according to Nandani Oberoi’s choice, and neither brother ever questioned her decision.

The Oberoi family may appear united and dignified to the outside world—but beneath the surface lie power struggles, ego clashes, silent comparisons, and unspoken tensions, all bound together by blood, legacy, and Nandani Oberoi’s unbreakable authority.

About the Oberois’ Business

The Oberoi family empire currently operates through two companies, each completely different in nature yet equally vital to their legacy.

The first company is handled by Suraj Oberoi and Aditya Oberoi. This branch focuses on operations, logistics, planning, and execution—everything from what to pack, when to pack, how to manage requirements, and finalizing deals. It is a world driven by precision, control, and strategic decisions.

The second company is managed by Daksh Oberoi and Vivan Oberoi, which oversees the family’s restaurant chain. They manage all aspects related to hospitality, including operations and expansion of their six high-end restaurants.

Though each brother holds the position of boss within his own domain, Suraj Oberoi remains the main authority across both companies. If anything goes wrong—no matter where—it is Suraj who is held accountable first. Despite this responsibility, he trusts his brothers completely, making the burden easier to carry.

The profits are divided equally, and there has never been conflict over money. The Oberoi brothers work with complete dedication and loyalty, treating the empire not just as a business, but as their shared legacy.

To ensure the brothers never grow apart as biological siblings, Tejas intentionally paired them oppositely. This balance strengthened their unity— Aditya, being naturally closer to Suraj, works alongside him, while
Vivan, who shares a stronger bond with Daksh, complements his leadership. What was meant to prevent division ultimately became their greatest strength.
